2016年国际TRIZ年会将是围绕创新方法展开的跨学科国际论坛，也是展示创新成果、想法和见解的国际舞台。它将吸引世界各国创新及质量管理的知名专家、学者、企业界人士参会，同时也为TRIZ及质量管理的实践者提供理论探讨和实践交流的宝贵机会。年会将涵盖包括理论、经验、研究、应用、教育和实践等在内的广泛内容。

本届年会还将举行论文发布报告和案例分析，并邀请TRIZ大师就TRIZ相关问题做主题演讲。年会召开前后，还将召开专题培训，并组织到标杆企业进行观摩交流。

TRIZ(Theory of Inventive Problem Solving) as a complete set of inventive problem solving theory, reveals the objective law of invention process and provides a feasible path of solving conflicts and problems in the innovation process. It can speed up the creation and make access to innovative products and solutions of high quality. It plays an important role in improving independent innovation capability and R & D work in enterprises. At present, TRIZ has been widely used by more and more international famous enterprises in products innovation, patents and technology predication and so on, becoming important theory and tools to guide their R & D work.In recent years, under the attention and support of government, TRIZ has been also applied in lots of domestic famous enterprises. TRIZ-fest 2016 will be an interdisciplinary international forum and provide a valuable opportunity for TRIZ and quality management scholars, experts, practitioners to theoretical discussion and experience communication. The conference will cover a wide range of topics including theory, experience, research, application, education, practice, etc.

TRIZ-fest 2016 will also be an international stage of showing innovative achievements, ideas and insights and attract leading experts, scholars and businessmen working in innovation and quality management all over the world. Paper presentation and case analysis will be held in the annual conference. It will also invite the TRIZ master to make keynote speech on TRIZ applications and other issues. One day before the conference, a special seminar and training will be held.

1. 主题演讲：特邀国际知名专家介绍TRIZ及质量管理领域最新研究成果和发展趋势；特邀国内外知名企业高层领导者结合本企业管理实践，交流质量技术创新应用的成就和体会。

2．成果分享：TRIZ获奖论文发表及TRIZ大师现场论文答辩。

3. 案例分析：邀请院校、机构的专家和企业实践者TRIZ及质量管理方法的应用进行案例分析。

4. 企业观摩：组织到神华集团北京低碳清洁能源研究所，交流学习其应用TRIZ与DFSS的经验。

5.会前专题研修：在7月27日举行TRIZ专题研修，邀请国内外TRIZ及质量专家就TRIZ的商业应用、TRIZ对质量改进的作用等热点问题进行深度解读。

Ⅰ. Keynote Speech：The latest research results and development trend in the field of TRIZ and quality management by specially invited internationally renowned experts. Combining with management practice in enterprises, the invited senior leaders of world famous enterprises will share us with the innovational application and valuable experience of quality and technology.

Ⅱ.Achievement Sharing：Award-winning TRIZ paper presentation and thesis defense with TRIZ master.

Ⅲ.Case Studying：Studying the application of TRIZ and quality management methods with invited experts of colleges, institution and practitioners of enterprises.

Ⅳ. Site Visit: we will organize representatives to visit the Shen Hua Group, exchanging and learning the experience of its TRIZ and DFSS application.

V.Pre-conference session: We plan to hold topic study about TRIZ on 27th July, inviting domestic and foreign TRIZ and quality experts to make depth interpretation on the hot issues of TRIZ business applications and the important role in quality improvement.
